Hi.. I use the Galaxy Note GT-N7000 GB 4.1.2 wanted to recovery developer reveled by Room Manager but doesn't work!! process is done successfully ,, but when introduced to Recovery Mode it's same as before..means old Recovery..!! what should i do!! i hope you will help me!! thanks in advance..

I've just installed the nightly for 18th April and I can't get 3g to work ive tried turning on roaming, manually selecting a network and selecting different apns. My baseband is xxlt3. I am also on the stock cm Kernel. Anyone know a fix for this?

So I've been using 4.4 SlimKat for quite a long time now and it has been running quite well. But earlier today out of nowhere the phone started to overheat like crazy and shut down.
I let it cool off for a bit then turned it on, and it got stuck on a bootloop on the Samsung logo.

Recovery works but whenever I try to flash or wipe anything, I get "unable to make /cache" and "Can't find log file" and formatting cache using make_ext4fs and it gets stuck on that.

And I tried installing the stock ROM using ODIN and that didn't work as well, It got stuck on "nand write start!!"

So, Does anyone have an idea on how I'd be able to fix that ?

:confused:
i have a problem when charging battery,m
y battery is only charged from pc (sub charging), when i plagued the phone to ac source the battery is decharging.
ans some time when i reboot phone the battery level indicate low value (60% to 20%)
is this a battery problem or usb connector?
help please.

i have been using my galaxy note n7000 for 2 yrs now, the camera quality is very bad now. earlier it was amazing. now its bad. My 5 yr old Nokia x6 takes better pictures than my note. whats going on here? should i change the housing ? or try CM11?

Help, i just flash my galaxy note 4.1.2 via ODIN. The problem is it keeps rebooting. So i tried to enter android system recovery to wipe cache. The problem. I am able to move up&down using volume rocker but cannot select an option with power button. Why it is not working?

I have reflash many times. why?

Hi, my name is Alan and i just want to share with you what happened recently with my Galaxy Note...
a few days ago the wifi adapter just dissapeared, followed by the SD card, the s-pen and USB functions (i can charge it but my pc doesn't recognize it, even in download mode)... I've seen all of these problems by separate in the forum but not in a whole package.
Sounds like a faulty board... and sounds like it's time to replace the whole phone.

I succesfully flashed CM11 4/20 on my GT-N7000 and really like it so far. Only problem i have is, that every time i try to set an alarm and want to adjust its settings, i get a window saying "clock stopped". After that i'm put back to homescreen.
I tried clearing the clocks cache and data and did a cache and dalvik wipe, but nothing solved the problem... :( Also i couldn't find a solution for this on the web.

Does anybody know how to fix this? I would really like to keep the rom.

Please help me out. I know I shouldn't have done it alone but it was tempting.

I already rooted my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000), and I was trying to install the PhilZ Recovery.
It said on my recovery menu that it was successful, and as I try to reboot my phone it does not show up the Samsung logo like it usually does. After the "Galaxy Note GT-N7000" screen" all it does is enter a black screen. I tried wiping all user data, cache, and Dalvik cache with the PhilZ recovery, but to no avail.

EDIT: It's on ICS 4.0.3

What can I do to restore it back to normal? I didn't flash any custom ROMs or anything, just the recovery. I just got my phone, and I don't want to have to wait to spend for another one. Please help, thanks.

Hello,

After searching for a while I didn't find any other threads about this, only a few comments left by fellow xda members:

- After flashing any CM11 rom I get a Google Camera force close. Is this a known issue? Is anyone working on getting this thing resolved or am I the only one getting this error?

- Secondly, on a few CM11 roms (nightlies included) I can get Edge working well, but 3G is a no go, with network signal dropping like crazy.

Tried fully wiping before flashing, tried dirty flashing, still to no avail.

If anyone knows of a fix or has some info I'd be really grateful.

Hi..


My Note GT N7000 goes dead few days back i was typing for chat (Whatsapp+) all of sudden my typing screen goes hang and i tried so many attempts to back or go to home screen. Some how i manage to turn off the Note phone by pressing switch off button.

After few minutes i tried to turn on device but since its not get on.

Next day i gave to service guy he said its hardware issue we have to change the main Power IC and it will take a week.

After week the technician said its not turning On and its Dead. May be whole board have to change.

Now i am really feeling sad for my Note phone. I lost so many hidden pics (Hide it Pro) in Note which were not back up.

I really need help here. I really want my Note to work again.
Main cause is some hardware issue.. i dont know how to solve it.. Its IC error.

I have a few questions about this whole backing up and restoring process. I've noticed that whenever I restore my stock rom after using an AOSP rom the restored stock rom almost always never works, or is extremely buggy. I want to know if its just me that has this problem, or you just cannot restore a touchwiz rom from an AOSP one. Lastly, I don't have to wipe any caches before restoring right?

I'm new and sorry I have n7000 please help
