[Q] How to root SG Note N7000 Ultimate XXLSC Jellybean 4.1.2 v5.1.

I managedto upgrade my Note n7000 Ultimate N7000 XXLSC JellyBean 4.1.2 using this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1970626) thanks to everyone involved in developing it. I have PhilZ Touch 4 installed.

The ROM is not rooted. What methods are available to root the device with the above Roms and Kernels and could you please provide a description and / or link where we could find them.

I found this link useful (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1329360) and tried option 1A but it did not root the device.
