Galaxy Note battery strange behaviour... charging icon crazy!

Hi guys... my problem appear when i fully charge my note
I disconnect it from the charger...and start my nightmare.
The battery icon appears in a state of charging and idle loop! Draining the battery...
And power up the screen always discharging the phone.

Is like plug - unplug from charger... battery icon shows lighting no lighting...

Jb xxlsc installed... no problem since 3 weeks ago, until this issue...
Any clue?

I tried booting, formatting, etc...
