[Q] Remove the delay of the home button? (deactivate voice...)

Hello,

as i laearnd here in the board the Note waits after the first press on the home button if i will perform a second to start the voice recognition.

But i don´t use this voice feature and i´m afraid about the delay after the first press on the button.

Is the any way tho shorten the delay time or deactivate this feature completly?
