Powered off battery animation prob

Hi Team,

I have a problem on my N7000.
When i am charging my phone powered off it shows the initial battery its ok, but when it comes to show the battery charging animation with the % it only shows a white battery with bars and the % green number in the middle.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
