Remove phone signa from toolbar

so im trying to remove all phone, and message, systems from the phone, i got a new phone and am going to use this as a mp4/games device, iv removed all phone and contacts and also the messages, etc but im trying to remove or hide the "phone signal" bar thing from the toolbar at the top, is this in a apk? if so what one? or could i hid this somehow? im using paranoid android 3.99
