bricked n7000 after tweaking init.d

Please help me..
my n7000 not powering anymore, cant go to download mode and recovery mode.
before it happens, i tweak the init.d, i created a file there 00userinit, then i restart, it boots fine. then after a while i tried to boot in cwm, suddenly it doesnt boot anymore, is my phone brick? please help. thanks in advance.
