Please excuse my thread if one already exists. This site is so big i thought i would just start a new one.
I obviously have a N7000, and currently run the speedmod kernel, but the main reason behind me rooting, and running a 3rd party kernel, is to get audio control over my headset mic gain.
The bofella app looks great, but i can't seem to find a supporting kernel, unless the ones for the S3 are compatible, but i have no knowledge/balls to do anything like that.
The HD2 app again looks great, but asks me to come to xda developers for a kernel that contains /proc/mic_level...
I have read enough to scare me off trying something and seeing if it works haha...
Any suggestions for a kernel that won't drain my already tired battery, and will support audio adjustments via an app such as HD2 of bofella? Cheers Guys =)
Cheers
