[Q] PLS Help.Cannot goto download mode.

Today i try to root my Note,i goto download mode and run a rcw.zip after that i cannot choose a file (Busy box from my external sd) so i restart my device . After that i try goto download mode again ,but i failed and i see a triangle(warning) with to choice (1. volume up to install a custom rom)(2.volume up to cancel and restart )

So now i cannot goto download mode anyway . Any one please help?
