[Q] Pin Unlock Problem after flashing Ultimate N7000 XXLSC JellyBean 4.1.2 v5.1

After flashing Ultimate N7000 XXLSC JellyBean 4.1.2 v5.1 on my Note N700.
The problems is the device ask me my PIN to unlock and when I type it it doesn't unlock and dont connect to my network provider.

I'm sure of my PIN, coz I tried it again in my galaxy S and it worked.

Please help me
