[Q] xda noob with question

Hello everyone,

I'm totally new here on this forum and I dont really know where to post this but I hope some one can help me out ^_^

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000 with Android 4.0.3. I would like to root this phone but I have no clue about how to do this and I'm a little afraid to search for this on google. Afraid because I don't want to ruin my phone :)

So can some one help me out or give me a link/tut to do this root in a very safe way?
