[Q] sync location s planner with TOMTOM

Hello i have now tomtom on my galaxy note but i want to link the location that i have given up in the S PLANNER link to tomtom

so what i want is

i tap on the location in S planner and that it wil drive me to the location with TOMTOM

i now this is possible with Navigon but is this also availible with TOMTOM
