[Q] Random Device Lockups help

Hi all,

I've bene having some problems with my device recently, for about a month or 2 now, and I find that when using the phone, it will just regularly lock up, e.g not respond, EVEN the capacitive and home buttons wouldn't respond for about 10 seconds before returning back to normal.

This is a pain and is more common now, and I've switched to so many different ROMs (Alliance, Ultimate, SVA etc) and the problem is still there after wiping data and factory resetting everytime. :/

Any ideas what could be the problem?
