Quiet sound stops to be playing on earphones

Hello!
I have a problem with quiet sound on any earphones. It just stops to be playing and when some louder sound appears, it starts again. In some movies/music it is really annoying. Is it rom problem? I had only LRT and JB builds and the problem is present on any of this roms.
