[Q] Weird problem with my note

guys please solve this
i have own note there is problem with it that sometimes it freeze and i have to restart it to make it normal again this problem is with all rom i tried all rom and this problem is there sometimes it freezes and some times not some times in night it was in working condition and when i wake up it do not respond at all and i have to press the power button for 5 sec and restart it please tell me why this happening
