Vibration issue

Hi everybody, I don't know if it is real but I think to have a problem with vibration settings.
I think go remember that tapping an icon on the launcher (nova, tw or trebuchet) the phone should vibrate. But now it doesn't. Every other vibration work well (physical buttons, lockscreen ect, but on the launcher.
Am I the one who is wrong or it's a bug?
