[Q] Internal memory decreased from 11 gb to 79 mb!

hi guys .. at first i had a problem while updating with kies and i was stuck with a screen saying something about using recovery in kies and it didint work .. so i used odin and it was stuck in factoryfs.img so i used pits that i downloaded from this forum and everything went ok
then the camera wouldnt save pictures so i went to storage and clicked format usb storage and the memory decreased! :(
tried to flash a safe kernal then erase everything from the recovery and i flash another JB rom and it did no good
and now i cant use the camera and so many app cause the memory is full :(

any help would realy be appreciated
