[Q] [HELP PLEASE] Can't install stock rom or flash another rom

Hi xda fam,

I have been using galaxy note for a quite a long time now and only recently that my friend told me "I can flash this into a better rom for you" and how stupid was I to believe if I saw this coming. I have tried to find threads about this problem anywhere and everywhere but I simply don't know the language of computers that very well unfortunately...

What I have tried:

I used latest version of odin to flash into 2.3.6 gingerbread stock rom before but it came up with a message in android system recovery <3e>

So this is the message when I tried installing GT-N7000-MULTI-CSC-OXALC1.tar
I honestly don't know if this is the right one but I've tried many other roms as well but it didn't.

At least this rom went into Android system recovery mode but the others didnt such as the ICS roms.

PPLLLLEASSE ANYONE HELP??? DOES ANYONE KNOW THIS PROBLEM....

Is it bricked (T-T )....?
