[Q] Factory restore without ODIN / Download mode

Hi,

I have a problem with my Micro usb port & can only use it to charge the phone, cant go in download mode or so, even mtp doesn't work..

Now i still have warranty, but i'll have to get him back to factory rom and so? How can i do this without flashing it with odin?
