delted ChatOn -> phone doesn't boot

Hi, I uninstalled chatOn with Titanium Backup and now the phone doesn't boot anymore. Why did removing that stupid app with Titanium lead to this state? I also can't enter recovery mode. Only from uninstalling an app?? I can enter download mode though.

I rooted with Philz kernel.

Edit: Hm attempting to recover with original rom and odin.
