[Q] Help in Updating a Note GT n7000 Gingerbread rooted to Kitkat

I'm on Gingerbread 2.3.5 and i want to update to kitkat. :confused:
Do I need to update to ICS or JB before proceeding to Kitkat?
I need advice or guide on whats the best method in updating...
