wifi is gray can't detect wifi

hello

i got an European galaxy note but it didn't support arabic so i have to change rom so i can read and write arabic but when i changed rom
it worked perfectly for about a month but now wifi signal turn gray and can't detect wifi's networks so do you think a flashed a wrong Kernal or somthing and what is fix.
