[Q] [Wierd] Problem on N7000 !!! (Hardware / software ??)

Hello there everyone, i have this N7000 galaxy Note and i had earlier a battery issue, whenever i remove the phone from charging it said (High voltage couldn't charge the battery), i flashed 2 different ROMS but the same problem kept showing then i bought a new battery, but now the msg doesn't show up and another problem showed up : When ever i turn the volume to the max the speaker stops working, and again same problem with different ROMS ....
i don't know if the two event's are related, is it a hardware or software problem ? any ideas, help , suggestions are appreciated
