[Q] Changed my CSC code. . now phone is locked?

I had a KOR CSC code so I changed it to get the latest update. . it worked, but now im on a german CSC code DBT and my phone is locked ..
i tried to factory reset but it keeps taking me back to the same german code DBT. .

Now it just says enter network lock control key

am i screwed or is there something that can be done?
im not rooted .. i have a mac so rooting is a ibit difficult ..

i tried to chnge the CSC code back but it doesnt allow it only gives me the DBT option
