[Q] Changing ROM from TW to AOSP ?

I'm sorry if it asked before but i searched on threads and i couldnt find it

I'm using TW based ULTIMATE ROM (xxlt4) with PhilZ kernel.

I never use AOSP. So I want to ask if there will be any problem when i will change to this ROM
