Will the Galaxy Note be able of miracasting full 1080p. Is AllshareCast essentially miracast?

The powered MHL- HDMI Adapter requirement is semi-nasty, and supposedly being restricted to 720p or 1080i. Additionally according to wikipedia, the fact that a MALI 400 GPU is present means nothing for the supported display resolution.
