Internal SD card getting full automatically!!

Hello everyone. I have some really peculiar and different and annoying problem with my Galaxy Note.

The internal SD card gets full automatically whenever I launch camera. I thought may be it is happening because of large collection of wallpapers that I have on my external memory card and deleted everything on my external memory card. Even then, whenever I launch my camera, it does not work and after 10 mins the internal memory card will get full and the new space is occupied in DCIM folder of Internal SD card. Then camera throws a error that "no sufficient memory" and on home screen error pops up all the time saying "SD card is full, please free up some memory".

And when I clear memory again camera does not work and after launching camera again the whole thing repeats.

I am using Galaxy Note. Stock rom, Stock kernel, ICS 4.0.4 rooted.
