help - device dont install nothing, odin or sd card

hi guys, i'm having problems and i dont have system! my phone just died. i had 4.1.2 stock rom rooted with cmw 6.0.2.9 and i've tried to install omni 442 rom and now i cant do nothing from odin or install from sd. even a stock rom. only have cwm. when i try from odin he fails and says:

im becaming a litle nervous, want my phone back. please help
