[Q] Super Smooth Rom sugestions and S-pen features

I just got an note as my secondary phone and reading the dev sections for a few days.
But with some many roms I am confused of which one to go for

I am looking for a super smooth and responsive rom. It doesn't have to be 4.4 or JB or Stock, it just need to be very fast and smooth.Omni is very popular here. I am open to any rom that is faaaast!



in the meantime, could I use S-pen features and muti-window feature in that rom. I know these features are TW-based(which means I need to go for stock based rom), is there any mod that I could use?

To summary up, my questions are :

1. could you give me a suggestion of a super smooth , almost lag-free rom suggestion?

2. Is there any mod that could add s-pen features or muti-windows to non-stock-based rom?

3. Is there a super fast stock-based rom?
