Can't download from Playstore

I noticed yesterday that I can't download nwq app from playstore nor update the old ones, when I start download the progress bar comes up but doesn't move even after hours moreover I have a stable 3G connection. I have tried all this options but still doesn't work
1. I cleared cache even update playstore
2. I updated google play store services to the recent one and it still didn't work.
pls am running outta my mind I need help urgently pls thanks
