[Q] Seek new unrooted ROM with better partition layout

My Note is extremely slow now and the partition layout is hampering it - constantly running low on space and contributing to the slowness.

Is there an unrooted ROM out there that I can install (company policy for mobile messaging forbids root - and that's my policy!) and has a better partitioning of the space in the device?
