[Q] Could not boot into system on GT-N7000

I'm using rooted Samsung galaxy note GT-N7000. The device is still using the original samsung jelly bean 4.1.2 update. I went to download fx file reader. Next, i went to root folder where all the important files that operates the device. Then, i went to delete a file called framework from system. After, my phone crashes that i restarted it. When i turned on my phone, it just could not go into the system.

Anyone can help me with this cause I got important documents to pass ASAP. Please anyone?
