"sending..." wakes my phone up

Hi,

sometimes i see on my screen "sending..." (white letters in black rectangle)
Also wakes my phone up. Using BBS i did not find anything.

This happend on N1X Rom, than on Paranoid 3.99 was OK. And now on Sweet v11.1 again appears.

Do you know what is it for?

Second things:
After format internal card and format all before install new ROM a have still some ringtones 2x or 3x.
Format all(system,data,preload) did not delete all?

How is possible more clean phone befor new ROM? (going back to GB...?)
