ROM advice for my n7000

I am Italian,

I have a galaxy note n7000 with firmware stock (4.1.2 JB XXLSZ),
I still have the original recovery
and I do not have root

what is the best ROM for this smartphone?

my needs are:
- performance
- Long battery life
- Bug free
- Absolutely, no bootloop bug
- Excellent 3G signal and network
- call recording
