[Q] ROM update and link2SD

Hi ,
I am using N7000XXLS3 based ParanoidAndroid 3.10 ROM, I have also installed Link2SD and linked my apps to partation on external SD card.
Now GooManager app is showing there is a update available for ParanoidAndroid (3.60 -20 JUN2013-073954).
My question is Do i need to do direct upgrade or need to do wipe and upgrade?
If I update my ROM will links created with Link2SD will got removed and Will I loose my all the apps?
