[Q] Android 4.1.2 extremly laggy

Hello,
I have a problem with my galaxy note since the beginning.
Whenever I try to use some android 4.1.2 ROM, doesn't matter if stock based or some other like CM etc., the phone is just so laggy I can't use it at all. Even the ripple effect laggs or stays behind my touch (fresh ROM, no apps installed).
Android 4.0.x works great, smooth, no lag at all.

On ICS ROMs I get quadrant benchmark over 3500, on JB about 2000 :(

Do You know the reason for this issues?
