Paranoidandroid 3.94 (JB 4.3) showing Wi-Fi continuously on

I am on Paranoidandroid 3.94 (JB 4.3) it is working beautifully, thanks to Beerbong for such a lovely ROM providing before his vacation.
In my battery stats it is showing WiFi as continuous on but actually it is off and not connected. Anyone got same issue. Help me out rectify this.
