No 4 way reboot and lockscreen

Just 3 months ago until now, After flashing another ROM, my 4 way reboot and lockscreen disappeared and gone. I tried flashing almost all the ROMs that have 4 way reboot and lockscreen but still I can not recover these features.

I found one modded 4 way reboot and lockscreen (LSC) and flashed it, it works. So everytime I flash a new modded ROM, I have to reflash this modded 4 way reboot and lockscreen to get this feature working.

I need an advise from the experts to solve the reflashing of another modded 4 way reboot and lockscreen (just to have this feature).
