[Q] Rooted Phone warrenty

Hi
i hav rooted my phone..i hav installed traiangle away so that der is no triangle and my flash counter shows its 0 and rom shows custom rom....but i heard there will be a log tat keep track of everything tat hav been done on the phone..if its there,,den my warrenty will be void....
Can it be deleted??or is there any other solution to keep up my warrenty...
My phone is just a month old...
