there was a feature on the note that enabled a user to cut away parts of a pic when editing or on a screen shot from a web browser said user didnt want. i am on 4.1.2 custom rom. cant seem to find that feature anywhere on all the tw roms i have used. is there a way to get it back without reverting back to gingerbread?
