[Q] Unable to boot/Stuck at CM9 after downgrading from CM10

Hi,

My phone is stuck on CM9 after I tried to downgrade from CM10 nightly build to CM9 stable via the CM updater.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note International N7000, rooted.
Currently its flashing CM9 on the start up page but I am unable to get passed that page.
Please advice on how do I go about to solve this problem.

Update:
I tried to flash it to its original firmware, now it keeps restarting.
Please help me!
