Galaxy Note Firmware Issue

Hello everyone,

I just bought an Samsung galaxy note for 70 euros, brand new, the only problem is :

its booting into the "Firmware Upgrade Encountered An Issue" screen.
I can access Download mode but it says Low Battery, Cant Download

If i want to charge it, it constantly reboots to the Firmware Upgrade Issue screen

Maybe a dead battery?

I hope this can be fixed as im sick of my 4X HD
