Help for flashing from TW Rom to AOSP Rom

Hello everyone,
I'm now on the Ultimate Jelly Bean 4.1.2 Rom v5.2 rooted with the Philz Kernel.



And i want to flash the Revolt AOSP Rom v.4.4

So what do i have to do before flash this Revolt Rom ?
Which Kernel do i have to flash?
How to flash an another Kernel?

Please help me, because i don't want do brick my Note!
Sorry for the bad Language, because i'm from Germany but i still try my best.
I know that here in XDA are some Masterminds and Users with a lot of expirience so i hope that somebody could help me. :)
