[Q] Which is the best Governer-Scheduler combo for balance

I wanted to know the best Governer-Sleep governer and Scheduler-Sleep Sch.
Right now I am using Smartassv2-Powersave (which i think might be the wrong combo) and SIO-CFQ
So, if I am doing something wrong please do correct me, I am very new to this stuff

Max- 1.4Mhz
Min- 200 Mhz

I want good performance but dont want the battery to run out quickly, leaning more on performance will do too
Eager to know some expert opinions :3
