[Q] Question - How do I flash Stock ICS from CM9?

Hi

I want to install stock ICS rom on my Galaxy Note but worried I might brick it. I'm currently on CM9.

How do I flash stock ICS rom?
The kernel I'm on is the CM9 Safe Kernel from the CM9 Thread, does it matter what kernel I'm on?
