[Q] My Note problems

Dear my friend... my question is ..
my mobile phone is always charging while not connected to the charger. and the screen is always on. when I was off the screen, the screen will open by itself ... and also when the mobile phone is switched off ... charging indicator charging show up although no plug inserted.:confused: sorry my bad english ...
