[Q] Is there a 'proper' voip style headset for note

I'm after a 'proper' type of wired headset, eg headphones/earpiece and extending mic - similar to what you'd use for voip I guess. I've just switched to PC gaming from the xbox and I'm desperately missing the chat. I'm not bothered about any controls working, I'm quite happy to answer/make calls with phone. I am bothered about quality though.

AND I desperately want to use speakers on PC, AND don't want to keep messing with 2 sound cards or changing default devices etc. I'm definitely sold on skype on mobile!
