[Q] The Camera is unable to Focus

My girlfriend's N7000 used to be able to take close up pictures and it would autofocus.
A few weeks ago it stopped focusing and all the pictures came out blurry.
At that point, she was using stock ics 4.0.3.
I tried installing other camera apps on it and it didn't help.
I rooted the phone and cm10 on it and that still did not fix the problem.
I have tested the picture taking at the same condition and lighting condition with my phone.
Her phone just doesn't focus at all.
