unistalling problem in xperia z-ized note by amnix

I have flash Xperia Z-ized note by amnix rom on my galaxy note n7000.

But falling in two problems.
1. Crt off is not working.

2. can't uninstall dropbox, xperia link, walkmate & some other apps.

1st one is not major but 2nd is a real problem for me.

I just fall in love with this rom. pls help me out to solve the problem.
