[Q] How to permanently detach app from market

Hi,
I have been trying to avoid talk update to hangout and i have already detached the talk app from market but after every restart it shows up again and have to detach it again. Have already converted the app into user app and again moving it into ext sd removes it from app drawer after restart. Is there a way to permanently detach it from market and also to make system app stick to external sd after restart after having moved them to external sd?
